Our storage property has an office with a local property manager who knows the property the area, and will get to know you.  We feel that extra customer service provides value for our customers.  We do not have a call center somewhere else.  We do have technology for customers who want to pay online or use auto-pay, but having an actual person at the property makes all the difference.  Our property manager does a daily inspection and will check your lock and make sure that your unit is secure during every inspection.  If you forget to lock your unit, you will get a call from us.  That’s not possible when customer support is done by a call center in another state or country.

The Serenity Storage Rolla property is paved and fenced, with a security gate and keypad access.   We have a camera system that monitors all parts of the storage property.  Gate hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day.

Storage unit sizes available run from small 5X15 storage units to large 10X30 storage units. We also offer outside RV parking and outside boat parking storage spaces. We offer competitive pricing. Our property management system can support online bill payments and auto-pay that is accessible 24/7.
